Since 2016, The Reel Hope Project has told the stories of kids in foster care waiting to be adopted — and those stories have found families. We're now working in nine states, with more ahead.

We're looking for a new leader to carry that impact forward: someone who can set strategy with our Board, steward a team and growing budget, build relationships with social workers, churches, and civic leaders across every state we serve, and be the public voice of this mission. It is a plus if they have personal experience with foster care and adoption. 

Youth Engagement Leads are responsible for interviewing and engaging with the youth we work with - with the ultimate goal of working together to create a high-quality, strengths-based, personalized adoption recruitment video.Youth Engagement Leads Shoot Leads are critical in the production of each child’s video shoot.
