This role provides administrative support across both marketing and development functions.
The Advancement Coordinator reports to the Development Manager.
Compensation & Benefits
Part-time, salaried, exempt: $25,000 - $30,000 DOQ
Work week: 20 hours/week, Monday - Friday with occasional additional hours during events/campaigns
Location: Hybrid, Tues-Thurs in office
PTO: 1.5 weeks (60 hours) and paid holidays
Retirement: 3% matching simple IRA

Advancement Coordination
Support donor stewardship efforts, including acknowledgement letters, impact reports, stewardship materials, and personalized outreach
PO box and mailhouse management
Manage all gift entry
Coordinate donor payment changes
Assist in donor database management and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date
Coordinate logistics for fundraising events and campaigns
Manage fundraising platforms (Clickbid, Little Green Light, Website, etc.)
Provide administrative support to the Advancement Team
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and organizational initiatives
Special oversight of recurring givers and givers under $1,000 annually
Project management
Administrative & in person event support
Website update management
Facilitate thank you calls
Church outreach and management
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with consistency
Experience in nonprofit development or administration is a plus
Demonstrated success in transforming systems into high-performing workflows
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with specific attention and care paid to navigating the field of Child Welfare
Personal alignment with our core values and statement of faith
Proficiency in Google Suite, monday.com (or comparable platform) and CRM platforms
Personal connection to adoption and working with youth preferred
